Chilcot: The UK military role in Iraq ended a very long way from success.

The Iraq war has been one of the most criticised wars of our times which gave rise to more wars still raging in the world. It destabilised the Middle East. It gave an open space for organisations such as Al Qaeda to find new turfs to recruit and train new units and expand their operations worldwide. In Iraq they started to operate openly. The vacuum gave birth to new Islamist organisations, the most dangerous of them is the Islamic State which has encroached into South Asia even threatening to come to the India. More…
